Weber also offers FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day®, and or FedEx Standard Overnight®. For quickest delivery, we recommend placing your orders by 11AM Central Time for same day processing and shipping. Orders received after 11AM Central Time will ship the next business day. This excludes weekends and holidays. All ‘Delivery Dates’ Expected delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note that Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are excluded from expedited orders.
For larger grill orders placed on Weber.com, our dedicated freight carrier will contact you to set up your delivery. This applies to most Genesis, Spirit, Summit Grills, Weber Q2800+N with cart, as well as Performer Series, Searwood, Stand Up Griddles including Slate models & Ranch Grills.
Available only on orders shipping within the continental US. Most orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days. Quoted date is anticipated and may change due to factors beyond our control.

Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time. Weekend deliveries are currently not available, with the exception of Expedited Shipping being selected.

WEBER.COM RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on Weber.com or through Weber Consumer Care that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Weber, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for delivery and returns are not refundable. Please contact Weber Consumer Care at returns@weberstephen.com or 1-800-446-1071 to assist with your return.

Multiple Items:
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to speed delivery. You will not be charged for additional shipping, and you will receive separate shipping confirmation e-mails.
You must be able to receive postal delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied. No commercial or business addresses can be used for standard delivery shipments.Shipments are only available in the 48 contiguous United States. Please see shipping restrictions for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Restrictions
Large Grills and most items are not eligible for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Expedited and Priority Shipping is also excluded for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, including Military addresses and P.O. Boxes.
Lithium Battery Notice
Due to the presence of lithium batteries the Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub, iGrill Mini, and Kitchen Thermometer Mini can only ship via standard ground shipping. Lighter Cubes can only ship via standard ground shipping.

Order Pre-Authorizations
When an order is submitted there will be a pre-authorization, or what is also called a pending hold/charge. This practice is not unique to Weber. It ensures that there are sufficient funds available to cover the requested amount without immediately debiting the bank account. Once your order ships, you will then see the final charge(s).
When will the pre-authorization hold be released?
A pre-authorization charge on a credit or debit card typically lasts for 3-5 business days, but this duration can vary depending on the card issuer's policies and the type of transaction. Some banks may keep the hold for up to 14 days. Weber is unable to release a pending hold early. We recommend that you contact your issuing bank for specific questions related to their pre-authorization policies.
Why are there multiple final charges on my account even though there was only one pre-authorization?
Items in your order may go out in more than one shipment depending on the size, quantity, and availability of items in the order. Each shipment will be invoiced individually, so in the case of multiple shipments, you will see multiple final charges.
State and local sales taxes may apply. All taxable states must calculate the applicable sales tax on the subtotal of items plus shipping. Taxes shown on the web site are an estimated tax. The true amount charged to your credit card will be shown on your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Orders placed by customers in Illinois:
